My parents hadn’t sold or bought a home in over fifty years, and needless to say, they were extremely anxious about finding a new place in Narragansett by this summer, especially during a global pandemic. Inventory was very limited, and they needed one-floor living, preferred a condo over a house, and had a strict budget. Thankfully, Donna Evans was their realtor. She quickly found two properties for them to look at that weren’t even on the market yet. Not only is Donna miraculously resourceful, but her amazing knowledge of real estate, her caring personality, and her sense of humor put my parents at ease during this whole process. My parents are so excited to have a new place to live this summer, thanks to Donna. Donna is a go-getter, a class act, and the best realtor out there. Donna Evans has skills and expertise that go beyond the ordinary realtor... She is smart, personable, and experienced. My family had a complicated situation in that we had three people from different families involved in selling my parents' home. Donna took care of all the details right through the closing. Always assessing whether everyone's goals were being achieved and guiding us when we needed her to, she was responsive and flexible, patient, and most importantly, got the job done so well that we had seven offers over the asking price.
