Donna Evans has skills and expertise that go beyond the ordinary realtor... She is smart, personable, and experienced. My family had a complicated situation in that we had three people from different families involved in selling my parents' home. Donna took care of all the details right through the closing. Always assessing whether everyone's goals were being achieved and guiding us when we needed her to, she was responsive and flexible, patient, and most importantly, got the job done so well that we had seven offers over the asking price. Donna Evans is a great realtor and I highly recommend her. We were coming in from out of the area and really appreciated her expert advice of the area, knowledge of the market and property values, and negotiating advise. She was available to us 24/7, responded immediately to inquiries, and provided constant follow-up and feedback. Donna is a true professional and was a pleasure to work with. We had post closing issues changing utility accounts into our name, and she followed up on that as well.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Donna to find our first home. Before we met her, we had started working with someone else, and there was no comparison. Donna is knowledgeable and confident, organized, respectful and enthusiastic. She was very responsive to our multiple questions and requests. She took care to get to know us to figure out what would work for us. We had so many specific preferences and different variables to consider to find a place, and so there was a lot of back and forth as we learned the process (we had not bought a place before) and figured out what we needed. Donna was extremely patient with us as we worked this out. We were going through a busy time and she even went to see a couple of places in the evening and showed them to us on video conference when we couldn't make it. She was so helpful through the mortgage/closing process and in connecting us with different contractors. We enjoyed working with her and hope she'll stop by our new place to say hi and meet our new baby!
