My husband and I had a great experience working with Donna to find our first home. Before we met her, we had started working with someone else, and there was no comparison. Donna is knowledgeable and confident, organized, respectful and enthusiastic. She was very responsive to our multiple questions and requests. She took care to get to know us to figure out what would work for us. We had so many specific preferences and different variables to consider to find a place, and so there was a lot of back and forth as we learned the process (we had not bought a place before) and figured out what we needed. Donna was extremely patient with us as we worked this out. We were going through a busy time and she even went to see a couple of places in the evening and showed them to us on video conference when we couldn't make it. She was so helpful through the mortgage/closing process and in connecting us with different contractors. We enjoyed working with her and hope she'll stop by our new place to say hi and meet our new baby!

Donna is our neighbor, so when it came time to sell our house she was the first person I thought of, not only because of convenience but because I knew she would have strong knowledge of the market and a vested interest in the neighborhood. Donna did not disappoint! We sold our home in less than 48 hrs for over asking price. Donna was incredibly easy to work with and made the whole process completely stress-free. 5 Stars isn't high enough to accurately depict Donna's skill and general overall pleasantness to work with. A true master of her craft, Donna was able to guide my wife and I (first timers at selling a home) through the entirety of the process from prepping it for photos, open house best practices, and closing negotiations. She was able to achieve the best deal possible for the sale of our home (OVER LIST PRICE!) and throughout the entirety not once did our family feel ill at ease or uncomfortable with what was happening. Great communication throughout and a simple closing made the process stress free and pleasant. If your looking to buy or sell, you MUST ask for Donna by name if you are interested in the best possible experience.

Donna Evans has skills and expertise that go beyond the ordinary realtor... She is smart, personable, and experienced. My family had a complicated situation in that we had three people from different families involved in selling my parents' home. Donna took care of all the details right through the closing. Always assessing whether everyone's goals were being achieved and guiding us when we needed her to, she was responsive and flexible, patient, and most importantly, got the job done so well that we had seven offers over the asking price.
